over two months have past since I paid for a quartz counter top. a week and a half later the stone fella came to template for it. two weeks go by and we call to find out when they plan the install. at this point we find that the templaters info had not gotten into the home depot computer for unknown reasons so that the stone still had not even been ordered. since this is late on Thursday and that is stone ordering day..it cannot be ordered til the following week, then a 7 to 15 days for it to arrive then it can be cut. the week after this we are told that the stone is on back order. then a few days later we are told that some had been ordered the week prior. then days later it is still on back order...you see the issue...so finally when july comes, two months have passed and still there is no stone...... we call corporate...that was about a week ago.. this morning we get a call saying that in five days from today we will have countertops. shouldnt these folks know what stone is available when they sell it? and why is that NO ONE, not the folks at the store or the stone subcontractors did any follow up on an order of 2400.00? that might not be a big amount to them but it is huge in my world. my advise is pay a little more and go with the real people who do the stone work. unless you like not having use of your kitchen for long periods of time. had I done my job like these folks do theirs...many would have died of neglect. my thanks to corporate for helping to get things moving.

Be careful when buying from this store! The service is not good at all. 1 out 6 employees in the store is knowledgeable and willing to help. The rest are uneducated and rude. Lord forbid you have to return something because they trap you into a store credit without telling you the card cannot be used online. The manager Ive been dealing with for nearly a week isnt big on telling the truth and NEVER returns phone calls as he says he will do. Im left to drive an hour and a half to the next closest store due to his lack of ability. BUYER BEWARE. Update: just found out after 6 days theyve done nothing theyve said at all.

Went to home depot today to buy 10 treated boards. 2x6 x 12 feet and have them cut into 3 pieces to use on a walkway at the beach. Waited at the "lumber cutting" area for 45 minutes and asked 3 different associates to cut the lumber. Each said they would be with me in a minute. But after 45 min I gave up and left. I passed by two of the associates lounging around the check out. Terrible service and attitude. Went to Lowes and got it done quickly.

The people at this store was very nice. They were as helpful as they could be. The problem was. I bought hardwood flooring. When I got started on putting it down. I needed Staples and hard wood nails home Depot had none of it. I had to go to other stores to purchase supplies needed to finish the job. The workers in the store was sorry that they could not help me finish the job I started. The store did not carry the products.
