If youre looking for quality and a great customer experience, then Romantic Jewelers is the place to go! Debbie is as passionate about the clients she serves as much as she is about jewelry. She worked with my (now) fiance to have my mothers engagement diamond set in a ring that he would give to me as my engagement ring. It turned out more amazing than I could ever imagine. I cant stop looking at it and its so special bc of the sentimental value as well. And being that the diamond was my mothers, I had a lot of reservations about giving to someone else to handle. However, Debbie was very reassuring and explained every detail of the process so that we knew in the end, we would be getting more than just a quality ring; its something that I will cherish forever. We will be going back to her to purchase the matching band for when we get married. You WOULD NOT get this same type of service our attention in a big name store or online. Shop local and shop with someone who loves her customers and is extremely passionate about what she does... This would be Romantic Jewelers. THANK YOU, DEBBIE, youre the best :-)

I cannot say enough good things about Debbie. I walked in, recommended to her by a friend, and instantly felt like I was in the right hands to buy an engagement ring. Before trying to make a sale, or suggesting we look at rings she educated me on all aspects of diamonds well beyond cut, clarity and color as well as properties of the metals I was interested in for the setting. Then throughout the process of finding a diamond she was more than patient (I think it took me 6 or 7 visits to find the perfect stone) and truly helped me put together the perfect ring for my fiance. She can do it all, my ring was a new modern setting with an emerald cut stone but she can make a custom ring or go antique! The passion for not just her jewelry but the customers that she works with is incredible. My fiance and I have since gone back to discuss wedding bands and will continue to go back for any of our jewelry needs.

Debbie at Romantic Jewelers is absolutely fantastic! We recently brought in my grandmothers engagement ring in the hopes of re-sizing it and having the setting adjusted slightly for my smaller hands. Not only was the quality of the work done on the ring exquisite and the price very competitive, but Debbie and her team were able to bring out the true beauty of the ring. I was anxious about leaving a family heirloom with someone to have the work done, but Debbie put my mind at ease and was the right choice. I absolutely recommend taking your pieces to her--she will do them justice!

Additionally, she was a wealth of knowledge and a subject matter expert not only in design but the history of it. The selection is great, which included antique and contemporary pieces. Amazing place with an amazing owner. Debbie made me feel welcome from day one and helped at every stage, from the engagement to the wedding bands. We still stop in just to chat and catch up on life and her smile never stops beaming. Would recommend to all my friends, she has antiques and can make custom settings for any ring. Ive shopped at this store since I moved to Phoenixville 10 years ago. They were able to match my grandmothers antique ruby earrings with a necklace. My best friends fiance purchased her ring there. We have only had a great experience at this one of a kind jewelry store. So much better than the mass produced stuff at the mall.
