Do NOT let this jewelry store do repair or custom work for you. One week turned into four weeks, never called when they promised to do so. Sized a sterling silver ring for me and the solder on the rings shank came apart before I even had an opportunity to wear it. There was also a gouge into the silver. And...the worst part - I had also asked them to put a 5.32 caret cut Moldavite stone pendant into a different mounting. After the issues with the lack of communication and the ring, I called and asked them to stop any work and I would be in to pick up my items. When I did so, the Moldavite stone was cracked completely down the middle! Ruined!

My first encounter with Kingsmill Jewelers in Williamsburg was for a watch replacement battery. I was given such excellent service that I returned to have a strand of pearls restrung. Not only was the repair work done quickly and expertly, it was priced fairly. While I was waiting, many return customers came in for either repair work or sales, or just to say hello. Nick must look upon his customers as gold because that is how he treats them. I recommend him highly and would trust him with my most treasured pieces.
