My boyfriend and I went here to pick out my first Trollbead clasp and bead for my birthday. We chose Michael Gallagher Jewelers because its the closest Trollbead retailer to our home and they were hosting a special promotion (buy $150 in Trollbeads and get a $25 gift certificate, a cinch sack, and free bracelet with clasp). Walking in we were greeted by a strong cigarette smell which was a bit off-putting, but didnt detract from the service. A saleswoman immediately greeted and assisted us. She was very helpful in selecting a clasp and suggested stoppers to prevent losing the bead. Overall the experience was okay. The stores appearance was a bit frumpy and the smell was weird, but the sales person was helpful and they had a good selection of items. I will probably return here when they have other Trollbead events, but I dont see myself shopping here otherwise.

I dropped off a necklace to be repaired and was told it would take about one week to be finished. I waited patiently for two weeks before calling to find out the status. I was told that it was being done at that time and would be ready the next day. It took an entire week beyond my phone call to be notified that the repair was complete.

Called store to purchase watch tryed ask about models they had lady that picked up phone was not helpful and did not try to just said come in.
