The hours are listed wrong for this location listing. The store actually closes at 8:30pm. I recently went there, thinking it was open later, based on what Google Places showed. Luckily, the courteous employee working at the front register let me in, and on top of that, was extremely helpful and patient. This was even though the store was technically closed when I was still there shopping. Excellent service and a lot of products available. Ignore other poor reviews about the service or hours, its not the customer service/cashiers fault, rather the onus is on the management team for the company at this location to update the correct information on Google for their hours.

I entered the store at approximately 8:25 & the store closes at 9. Well the lady at the desk said that I had 2 minutes to buy what I came for. As far as Im concerned, shes supposed to keep the place open until 9pm except for on Sunday. I honestly think she should be fired if she wants to go home so badly that she would close earlier than shes supposed to. She was very... bratty and rude. But I got what I came for so theres that.

I visited a few months ago. I didnt like the selection of natural hair products too much and the sales people didnt offer help. They didnt do the usual "can I help you find anything?". I also didnt bother asking though because I was looking for natural hair products a didnt think they could help. Overall, the store was small and basic. They had other products, just not what I was looking for.
