Dont support this business. Especially if youre AA. Theyre overpriced,rude, Discriminate & sterotype their customers & could care less about their customers happiness. I went there to purchase my favorite concealer & a bottle of clear glossy nail polish, the lady who works there ( Wearing Islamic garbs) followed me around as if she suspected me of stealing. She had an aggressive attitude when I picked up any products to get a closer look. She started yelling down the aisle at me saying I couldnt open a bottle of clear nail polish & I have to buy it since I opened the bottle. Very nasty customer service. This isnt my first time going to this business but this will be my last. When I complained to the owner this same rude lady barged into the conversation so I put her in her place since the owner has no control control of his rude employee. We need more Black businesses in our own neighborhoods we need to support each other so that we arent stereotyped or subjected to this formnof teeatment where we spend our hard earned miney.

This is a great place they have a huge selection of merchandise, any and everything you can imagine. My only issues with this place is that they watch you like a hawk to prevent stealing. They watch you to the point where it makes you offended and uncomfortable. I mean emerging from hidden doors, following you around corners and just standing there until you make your selection. The women that work there are kind of Ghetto, Well very Ghetto. Its worth it.

Called to get a price and they tell me they cant mention prices over the phone. Its not like im up the street so pretty much i have go out my way just to see their prices. Hair stores that I actually called had no problem Doing so. I guess they rather miss out on a customer ✌
