Ive always loved visiting this store. Ive been coming here for a few years now. Always great customer service from Andy, he makes you feel so appreciated. He helps figure out whats the best product for you and even give you advice as to what works best with your hair texture. However, *sigh* Jeanie or Genie Im not how to correctly spell her name, but she has tube worse attitude! Ever! Shes never nice to anyone! She makes you feel like youre doing her a favor by spending your money! If it wasnt for Andy this place would be out of business. Not sure if it is family owned and thats why she treat customers the way she do, but its so unprofessional and just plain rude! She needs to be replaced or youll continue to lose great paying customers like myself!

Went to the store at 5:25 tonight to pick up a hair oil I needed. Was greeted at the door with "We closed" (the store closed at 5:30)! I went to the counter for help since I knew what I needed and was met by the same curt "associate". She nastily asked me "What do you want" to which I told her never mind, I was going to spend my money elsewhere. The past couple of times Ive gone into the store curtness is what being nice has gotten me. As I said, I will go elsewhere to spend my hard earned money. I would encourage others to shop where they will be treated with courtesy.

Hair Hair is definitely my favorite hair store in Philadelphia. I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years. It is a one stop shop for all of your hair, skin and beauty supply needs with their huge inventory and great deals. Not to mention they have one of the best male employees there name Andy who is always there to help and provide a males opinion if your indecisive like myself. Andy is very down to earth always lively and hands on. So when in doubt go to Andy! I recommend Hair Hair to any and everyone.

Large Selection BUT RUDE AS EVER. I went to HAIR HAIR on City Ave & was DISGUSTED. One of the ladies there was so RUDE... BUT since its mom and pop THEY DONT CARE. I dont have anyone to complain to but I will write a review on every site I can.. It was 7:49pm and they closed at 8, they cut the lights off and were rushing and being nasty... I told my homegirl, LETS GO, they wont get a dime from me.. but they dont care bc they have the GAME ON LOCK! #hairhairbeautysupply #hairhair will never get my business again!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It makes no sense that a company can thrive while being extremely rude and prejudiced towards the ONLY group of people that patronize them. The last time I was there I was followed until I pulled out my phone and started recording the man following me, this time I checked their hours on Yelp (which were wrong) got there at 7:50 and was turned away by men guarding the door. I let him know that their hours were wrong on Yelp they should change it, he told me I shouldve checked google.

I loveHair Hair! This is my go to store because they always have sales on hair and to me a lot of their stuff is cheaper than Hair Buzz. Andy is my favorite person there. Hes been working there a long time. He is super helpful and knowledgeable about hair and products based on feedback he gets from customers. The store is a bit small and often crowded but they have a lot of stuff. They always have what I need different from a lot of other hair stores.

Lots of different inventory but gaps that thought would be available. Felt like they dont trust customers. Always peering but arent helpful except the man at rear of store. Not great experience but they have lots of different stuff. Pricing wasnt inexpensive. Thought their prices would be as good or better than pharmacy but not really. And then theres the language barrier. Its an obstacle given the many products. Only when it doesnt matter.

So done with #hairhair #hairhairhair how dare they think I would steal some eye shadow from their store. Why would I put my profession on the line to steal from your store! Its bad enough they follow people around the store and the store is incredibly cramped. I almost lost it when she told me I stole eyeshadow and she wants to see it. Im not going to even begin to type what I said to that (deep breaths) female!

Tiffy Mac looks like a plant for Hair Buzz. Hair Buzz is atrocious. Thier prices are too high and they make you feel like you are a thief. The wall of shame posted infront of the store isnt helping either. That is not the first thing I want to see when I am about to use my money to buy from them. Hair Hair has better customer service and they have the prices of their hair posted clearly and correctly.

Ive spent over $200 a month in here for over 6 years and i will never spend another dollar in here again!!!! they follow everyone and me around like Im not a loyal customer. i was short 30cent oneday and they didnt let me go. haaa haaaa no matter how much you spend you get nothing free. adlease 52nd sti spent 75bucks oneday they gave me a free glue and stocking cap i hate hair hair

They have a lot of products which is good and they are very nice and helpful but just dont go in there when its time to close. the store doesnt close until 8 pm so i figured OK i have 15 minutes left to shop real quick but nope they rung up there last customers and kicked the rest of us out in a very rude hurry up and get out there ready to go home way.

Absolutely hate this place. Go here all the time and called to ask about pricing for their rollers and even after I specifically stated that "I buy from here all the time" the woman said she will not tell me over the phone any prices and hung up on me. Terrible customer service and makes me want to go to ANY other place than here.

Ive been going to Hair Hair for close to seven years. I absolutely love their ample inventory, and the staff, very professional (especially Andy!) There are a number of hair stores in this area, but Hair Hair is by far the best offering products to help you achieve any style youre going for. I highly recommend.

I went to Hair Hair and the little lady followed me as soon as I came in...she was so close she gave me a flat tire on my shoe..At that point I was so annoyed. I wanted to leave but they really have a big selection. I did say something and she apologized.
