IF I could give it zero stars I would! This store is TERRIBLE & not worth your money or time. It is currently 4:31 and the door is locked. I called the phone and no one answered but someone is clearly inside being that all the lights inside are on. As you can see in the photo posted the "OPEN" sign is also turned on. This is not my first time having an issue with this store but because they are black owned and operated Ive given them chance after chance but Im over it now. Id rather drive an extra 30 min to another beauty supply store. Its this kind of foolish business practices that is why black businesses fail. You just lost a customer and Ill definitely be telling everyone I know not to do business here.

Awful Customer service. No greeting when you walk in the store and The woman working could be bothered to help me. I asked about a specific kind of extension, she misunderstood what I was asking and just dismissed me all together. Never again.. Just rude...
