Our experience selecting an engagement ring at Harzin Jewelers was phenomenal! Everyone in the store was warm, friendly, and accommodating, from the owner, to the salespeople, to the on-site jeweler, Vik. We worked directly with Mary, who has years of industry knowledge. She is engaging, and knows so much about diamonds and metals. Mary went out of her way to secure a variety of diamonds, and was respectful of our specs and price range. She stepped us through each phase of the process. Mary was very patient and non-judgmental about our preferences, giving us invaluable information along the way. In the end, we ended up with the perfect engagement ring, and we plan to work with Harzin on our wedding bands as well. It is a pleasure to know that there is an expert, on-site jeweler, Vik, who can create a wonderful custom piece, or work on existing piece to your precise specifications. No need to send items out to some unknown company, not knowing what the quality of the workmanship will be when it gets back to you. While shopping for wedding bands, Vik expertly sized a ring on the spot in minutes. We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience, and that is saying a lot considering the fact that one of us cannot stand to shop, and despises pushy salespeople! Thank you Harzin for your service and dedication! You now have customers for life.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Harzin. He found them by referral and he felt they were knowledgeable and trustworthy. He still shopped around but ended up back at Harzin. When it came to buying my wedding band I wanted something very specific that required customization. Harzin listened to my wishes and then made it happen while educating me on diamonds along the way! Mary was warm and pleasant and extraordinarily helpful and made me feel at ease. The end result was a high quality custom wedding band that I love that complimented my engagement ring perfectly… both of which with diamonds that sparkle! Ill also note, that we did shop around because some places did have the style of ring I wanted without having to be customized but only Harzin had the quality for the price. I would never hesistate to recommend them for buying any kind of fine jewelry!

My girlfriend and I were just walking through Jewelers Row to take a look around. When we came to the window of Harzin, a woman named Mary came out to invite us in. I figured this was common place in Jewelers Row, just to make some sales, but she assured us that we could simple browse and try things on. She was really helpful! Because of her, I knew exactly the kind of ring that my girlfriend would like and a couple days after our visit, I went back alone. Mary walked me through each step to making a unique ring. My girlfriend loved it. We had to get it resized though, which was free and took only ten minutes. While we waited, Mary offered to clean my girlfriends other ring at no charge. The price was right and the people were helpful and fun. I would recommend this place to anyone nervous about buying jewelry.

Absolutely love this jeweler! My fiance got my engagement ring custom made from here and it was stunning! The size was slightly big, so he took me back to get it resized. As soon as we walked in they instantly knew my fiance from working with him on my ring and were extremely excited that I said yes! They worked with me to find my ring size and did it on the spot. Within fifteen minutes they had my ring done and cleaned it up for me too! While we were waiting they helped us pick out wedding bands and had so many great options for me. I even found the one I want and cant wait to get it from them! The nice thing is I can just call them and they can size the band around my ring from the custom model they had designed so I never have to be without my engagement ring!

Great customer service. My GF and I were shopping for an engagement ring in Jewelers row. After visting 6-7 stores we ultimately made the purchase from Harzin. They were the only ones that took a lot of time going through their inventory to find the setting my GF was looking for. I feel like a lot of other stores blew us off and did not think we were serious about purchasing. We used salvaged diamonds from another ring for the stone and Vik also turned some of the smaller diamonds into earrings for cheap. We will be returning to buy the wedding bands from them.

run away, the same way Harzin does once they have your money. what they tell you and what they deliver are 2 different things. the piece of jewelry was nice. but what we were promised as far as the delivery and appraisal differed very much from what we were told, with no help or explanation except for it was a misunderstanding. of course no burden of the errors were of any consequence to them, only us. and btw their sale pitches are comical, we were told that we just bought "the best item in the store", ill bet they say that to everyone

Very friendly and welcoming. I got my wedding band there, but because it was cold when I was sized it was a bit too small when I went to pick it up. They resized on the spot. When my wifes wedding band needed to be resized (a friend made it a little too small), Vic did it on the spot no charge. They are my go-to jeweler and will be as long as Im in Philly
