BRAS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER BEING WORN AND TAGS REMOVED. My experience here was fine, I was fitted by an associate and bought a bra for $62. I tried on several bras and this was the best fit according to the associate and I agreed. I asked her if there was anything with a similar fit that would be less expensive since I didnt want to spend this much, and she said there was nothing and this was the BEST. I went home, took the tags off, and tried the bra on around the house. I realized quickly that it was digging into me and was either the wrong size or the wrong fit, so I called the store about a week later to make sure I could return it before driving an hour back to the store. The associate on the phone told me bras cannot be returned no matter what after tags are returned and that its a federal law that they cannot be resold if theyve been worn so they would have to take a loss and they dont do that. At my request she asked the owner and called me back, and it was the same answer. When I was in the store, I did not see any signs indicating this, and the associate did not tell me this. I assumed, like every other item of clothing Ive ever purchased, that as long as it was within a short period of time, there was no damage, and I still had the receipt and tags (not attached), that I would at least be able to exchange it for another bra. It did not even cross my mind to ask and make sure that would be allowed. As someone who hasnt purchased a bra from a boutique like this ever, I had no idea there were different rules about this. After this experience I went to Victorias Secret to get a better fitting bra and they told me at the check-out that it would not be returnable if the tags were removed. So its not just this boutique that doesnt accept returns. The associate did offer to send me a bra expander in the mail at no additional cost and they did send it. However even with the expander the bra does not fit correctly. I am stuck with a $62 bra that I cannot wear. Selling the "used" bra, even in excellent unworn condition, would only get me about $15-20. So this is a warning to anyone else like me who doesnt know how bra shopping works. You CANNOT return a bra after you take the tags off. Money down the drain. I essentially paid $62 and drove 2 hours round trip for an expensive lesson to always ask about return policy before checking out. I believe it would be fair for the store to offer to refund me any PROFIT they made on it. If they paid $30 wholesale and I paid $62, refund me $32. They wouldnt lose money and also wouldnt lose a customer. But they did not offer anything other than the bra expander.

A younger female sales associate was very helpful. But the owner was INCREDIBLY RUDE to us on our way out. Im having a hard time finding accessories for my wedding dress because of its shape and low back, so we needed to try on a few things. Nothing was working out so its back to the drawing board for me. But after we left, the owner popped her head out of the door and said harshly, "After all that time, youre not going to get anything?" My mother started to explain the items just werent going to work with my dress. And the owner rudely snapped back "Great. Thanks a lot!" and shut the door. Look, its hard enough to find the garments you need to make you feel great on your special day. And to be squeezing myself into these things is disheartening enough. But to deal with this unprofessional and disrespectful woman made it so much worse!! I sincerely suggest you shop elsewhere...

I was told about Gie Gie Lingerie and the owner Gina Mastrangelo after loosing 40 pounds. My friend kept telling me that my breasts were looking less than perky and needed help. After visiting Gie Gie for some lingerie she recommended that I get a fitting. I was a bit shy at first, but Gina and her staff put me right at ease. They were very professional and seemed to go out of their way to make me feel special. Two thumbs way up for Gina and her crew.

I waited almost an hour to be seen and asked to be shown push up bras, however the owner showed me the bras she felt that I should have for my unusual size, ignoring all of my input. She was so incredibly rude and insulted me to the point where I left the store in tears. The other women working in the store seemed wonderful but the owner is horrible.

Great experience here!!! I recommend highly. After going to another shop, Gie Gie measured and I am getting 6 beautiful bras and 2 prosthesis - I feel like a woman again!!!
