My wife and I LOVE this store! Its very intimate, giving it a more family feel! The employees are professional and knowedable about their toys! AND THEY ARENT SHY ABOUT LETTING YOU KNOW IF THEY USED SOMETHING PERSONALLY AND DIDNT CARE FOR IT! They get all of our business now! I sent a few of the other military wives there as well. ( their spouses are abroad) Their husbands were NOT disappointed!

Associates dont know their products and items are always on "Back order" They will tell you hypothetical dates for shipment arrivals but they never check out. Order online or go somewhere else. Theyre not worth the hassle. You can call to see if an item arrived yet in advance only to arrive to an apology. Better quality stores Downtown
