My mother-in-law was visiting from Connecticut and she purchased some bras at this store. They had to be ordered, so she pre-paid for them and my wife was supposed to get them when they came in. After weeks of following up; finally the store called us back and said the bra that was ordered was unavailable but they had another type for her. She didnt want the different style and instead asked for a refund. The store refused. To this very day they kept her credit card payment and never gave any refund or product. Each time we contacted them they said my mother-in-law should go back into the store to work it out. We told them that she lived in CT and coming into the store wasnt feasible. The store didnt care - and didnt give her a refund. This is a terrible way to do business. Avoid this store at all costs.

Wonderful, free-spirited, body-positivity encouraging owners who are welcoming and more than willing to kindly offer their expertise. The selection is great, and every time Ive been there (solo or as a bridal group) has been an excellent experience.

Great shop--went in for a bra fitting and purchase. The shopkeeper was friendly and knowledgeable, and prices were varied but on par with the industry. I will be going back when I need anything else. Highly recommend.
