I like to shop there but last time (9/12/14) I had problem with the customer service in getting an adjustment for a hat that my niece bought just because it was on sale for $12.99 and the original price was 24.99. When we got home she noticed that they charged 24.99 instead 12.99. Came back few hours later and they started to look at me like I had changed the tag stating the tag was from a Men Department. What do I have with this?? It wasnt me who put the tag on the hat. I needed to wait for 40 minutes for them see a video to check whatever and finally they gave me the adjustment. I felt like I had stoled or had put a tag with a cheaper price. Really?? The Manager Dorothy M and the associates didnt even say any apologies. I am from Brazil I am American Citizen and I was never treated like that anywhere. They need to be training on how respect the customer specially who speak with accent like I do.

Disorganized and hard to find what you want in the size you want. That being said, it is a discount store so thats expected. Prices are good

Found what I needed, was at a decent price. The line was sorta slow moving, but other than that it was a decent experience.
