Was nervous to go to the outlet part since people have told horror stories about other locations. This location is really nice and I was super happy about my experience. There is an outlet half and then a regular goodwill half. Theres also a donation center. The outlet isnt too crowded and is super cheap. All the clothes and textiles are mixed together on big bins so you have to dig and take your time to look at everything. But its fantastic as a college student to pick up clothes and items for my apartment that are super cheap. They have a lot of mall brands like Hollister, walmart, and Kohls and vintage items. The traditional goodwill side is super organized and clean. Nice variety. Lots of books and household items.

My senior citizen mother frequents this store. Upon entering the parking lot yesterday she accidentally hit the curb causing a flat tire. She does not have a cell phone, and kindly asked the team to use the phone to dial an 800 number in effort to get a hold of roadside assistance for help. She was told that they could not help her, would not allow her to use the phone, and would not make a call for her. They suggested that she wonder around the highway to find somewhere else. Especially as a "goodwill" store, this is so shameful. I understand that the store policy is not to allow customers to use the phone. But in an EMERGENCY? What a disgrace.

One of the largest goodwill locations I have ever been to. Also, by far one of the cleanest. A wide selection of clothing for all genders and ages, and a decent electronics, home goods, and books selection if thats what your looking for. Prices were really good for the products they have, comparable with other thrift stores in the area, but they come with the added benefit of knowing where those proceeds go and who they help. Just for the work that goodwill does Id be okay with spending more, but at least from what Ive seen, there is no markup. All around great experience!

Goodwill used to be a decent place to find used items. I always thought that the reason why thrift stores exist was to benefit people who would rather have a used item and pay less than the price of a new item. This and all goodwill stores charge entirely too much for merchandise. You can find similar items new and cheaper on Amazon. Remember folks....most of the stuff was donated to them (FREE).

This is an awesome location and it is more than a thrift store. Its a place to take your donations, it is a conventional thrift store where you can buy new and used items. It also houses an outlet in which you can purchase housewares and clothes by the pound. I always find just what Im looking for, even if I dont know it at the start.

Never seems to have mens clothing in stock for some reason. Housewares/general merchandise section is sorted by color which is just totally bizarre. The Outlet/bulk items side of the store never seems to have anything but womens clothing, kids clothing, and books (who wants to buy books by the pound?!)

I love the place and always proud of Goodwill,they brought people life from grass to grace but Indianapolis system is different from other state I have being to .in Indianapolis they used to sell per kilo but in other state they are selling with price tag. I love that Indianapolis system

Sometimes good deals depending on what you are looking for but furniture seemed to be a bit pricier than expected. The Outler center seemed to be better priced with furniture than the goodwill side. Although if your looking for clothes they do have a lot to choose from.

Like all Goodwill, Way Over Priced! And very messy. Why does this company think that its a good idea to sort items by color???? Some people are color blind, yaknow. Sorting this way makes NO SENSE, and leaves shelf look messy, how can anyone find anything?

Huge location. Has a Goodwill Outlet attached to it. Very large selection of clothing, smaller electronics section, and a whole lot of miscellaneous stuff throughout. Aisles are sorted by color. Prices can sometimes be way too high for used items.

Called ahead to confirm we could bring our bed frame, they said that was absolutely fine. Got up early to take apart frame and load into car, drove half an hour to the store and they said they dont accept bed frames. Very annoyed!

Always make sure the discs are Im whatever you buy. The store should switch to a system like GameStop where the discs are locked away and only the cases are on display.
