I went to the store today because of an email I received about a Doorbuster Sale. When I arrived at the store none of the merchandise that they advertise was in stock. Now I got there at 7:15am. It was only one other person in the store so they couldnt have run out that quick. I spoke with the Manager Cathy who was very rude !!!!. As Im speaking with her she is brushing me off and just walked away.This seems to be the attitude of most of workers here. I guess it was too earlier in the morning and no one wanted to work. I think the workers need a class on customer service and about having a postive attitude.

This place is a little messy. The clearance stuff are everywhere which is supposed to be good but I couldnt find nothing trying to walk in between clothes. I mean, cheap shouldnt be messy synonym.

Youve been to an Old Navy before... concrete floors, stacks of poorly organized pants and shirts. Keep digging and youll find a bargain. And $1 flip-flops.

Employees take their time. It took thirty minutes to check out with five people ahead of me. Place is always a mess.

Its disorganized, and staff are usually talking to eachother and unpacking items. Its decent for an old navy.
