I recently moved to South New Jersey. The only place that I could find that had Airiat boots was Cowtown Cowboy Outfitters, so I took a 45min drive to the store. It looked fantastic, the staff was great and helpful that day. I had to order a pair of boots because they didnt have the size I needed in the color I wanted. I understand that because of the fact that to have every size in every color of boot would take a warehouse to store. I was told it would be no longer than two weeks to be shipped to the store and a day or two longer to my doorstep for an extra $15. I was just fine with that. A couple days later I called and spoke to someone (who seemed to be the owner) and asked if I could just come back to pick them up and use the $15 I spend on shipping as store credit. She said that was just fine and I would be called when they came in. When I called two weeks and a day passed I called the store early in the morning and asked an associate if my boots had come in and she told me "she didnt know" followed by pause. She said maybe they did and didnt get checked in yet. I was ok with that and asked if she could call me when things were checked in so I could come get them. I had to call again later in the afternoon only to find they werent there and they werent sure when they would be at the store. What happened to the two weeks at the latest? Needless to say I asked for a refund because I had already paid in full and I needed the boots for a weekend event. I was given a refund and shorted the $15 I paid to have them shipped to my door. I believe in supporting local business, but customer service is very inportant, because I could have saved $40 by purchasing them online and had them even sooner than 2 weeks! If I am told two weeks at the latest I expect them to be there, or have and answer when they will be! Not maybe they will be here in a couple days. I wished that I could have spoken to the person I assumed to be the owner because she seemed to be the only one that cared about answering questions!!! Its sad because I usually buy spend $500 on boots a year and they had a very good selection. Bottom line, if a customer has paid in full and been given a date it should happen. If it doesnt, there should at least be a reason and the product should be tracked to find the delivery date.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went in to buy some boots. I found some styles I liked and some that were comfortable, but none exactly what I wanted. Sales associate went through manufacturers catalog with me to find something that fit exactly what I was looking for, made sure I tried on similar boots to get the right size and ordered them to be shipped to my house. She even gave me the in store sale price on the boots even though she had to order them for me. My new boots are exactly what I wanted and a perfect fit!

Weve been driving through Cowtown a handful of times each year for the last 30 years. Stopped in here a few years back to check out boots and just look around. Ended up getting a nice leather wallet with a shotgun shell brass stamped into it. Its been a great wallet and probably lasted me longer than any wallet Ive had before. Reminds me we should stop in again just to look around.

DEANN was a pleasure to deal with. All staff is super friendly and knowledgeable with inventory and what is the best fit for your body type. Walked in looking for a pair of boots which I was pleasantly suprised with the number of styles and inventory and walked out with a beautiful pair of Corral boots that will last me a lifetime.

The only western outfitter in the area. Great selection of items and reasonably priced as well. Very helpful staff who do a great job to help you find exactly what you need. Was definitely worth the hour plus ride for me to find a new pair of boots.
