I had a knee replacement done two weeks ago. The pharmacist screwed up ordering the prescription. They said we needed the insurance company to approve the medication. Wrong, the pharmacist put the wrong code. It did not require approval from my insurance company.Then I have been waiting all week for the medication to come in alll week . They are blaming the suppliers. But I am told they have no means to contact the supplier. the pharmacist did not sogn the order to the supplier, therefore the order was cancled. But the pharmcy blamed the supplier all week. My suggestion is stay away from there.n go to the CVS down the street.

The advertisement are not true really almost 10 days to order medicine u dont have...Other pharmacy when they cant fulfill a prescription will call another to do so. My son went through withdrawal and right across the street in ShopRite which is a small pharmacy had the meds I needed. Need to learn alot more about customer care and needs

IT WAS BAD. THE MANAGER THAT WAS THERE AT AROUND 2PM WAS VERY RUDE AND MADE IT LOOK LIKE YOU WERE BOTHERING HIM TO ASK HIME TO FIND SOMETHING IN AN ITLE FOR HIM. HE HAS NO PATIENCE. I SEEN HIM FIGHTING WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT WAS NOT LEADNG INTO ANYTHING MORE.
