Picked up a Snicker Bar that had a sticky substance like it had been in a kids mouth all over the wrapper. Had to wash my hands, Naturally there was no soap in the bath room. Told the young sales associate. She removed it with a paper towel after I told her not to touch it bare handed. I watched her show it to a senior associate that seem puzzled and question the young clerk. Then I watched her put the Snicker Bar on back on the rack. I am sure she was directed by the senior clerk. I admire the young girl for trying. They are good people but need some commom sense guidance.

West Lebanon Road. I stopped in for chicken and, just like the other commenter said, overcooked, small, and over salted. The food service people obviously didnt care much about the food or the service. I sent a complaint through their website and received the standard reply. Why bother the regional manager? He or she is the one that allows such disregard and lack of quality.

Love their chicken sandwiches. All types. Gas is okay in my car, but I go for the chicken. Grocery and quick items are average cost. Service people are social and competent. I definitely have a yankee accent and was txd good, I did not have issue like the Jets guy. May be its the Jets.

Multiple times Ive come here and they never have food ready. The staff is nice and its clean. I just can get past the service. If I had time to wait Royal Farms would be the last place Id go! Its a inconvenient convenience store.

The staff are great, the food is great, but this place is a known drug dealing location known as rofo. Keep an eye on your belongings while here. There needs to be a bigger police presence here.

Off all the Royal Farms, Ive been to, this one is the best. In terms of cleanliness, size and friendly staff, this one is on top. It is even obvious that the staff likes their jobs.
