We purchased a PS4 for our son for Christmas (purchased in the beginning of October). We recently contacted this store to see if we could exchange the unopened item for the Star Wars console that is being sold. Apparently because it is out of the 30 day "return" policy they will not allow us to exchange it....even if wed be paying more because we wanted the Darth Vader game console. I understand a return policy....but we dont want to return it. We do not want our money back we want to exchange it for another item and will actually have to put more money toward it. We were offered the opportunity to trade it in for store credit. I can only imagine the beating wed take on it. Unopened, Still have the receipt and they wont allow an exchange....not even store credit. No money given back...just let us get the bundle that our son would enjoy more. Im very disheartened that they wouldnt work with us and help us out. Again, I understand a return policy but I dont consider and exchange a return.

Workers are very kind, know their stuff, and are happy to help. Has a nice display of their products and is very clean. Has a wide veriety of items from all sorts of DVDs, music, video games, records, tapes, headphones and so much more. You can find almost anything you came looking for and even has a great trade program where you can bring in your used items and sell them for cash. Definitely one of my favorate places to go.

Love coming here for old games! Everyone that works here is super nice. The short girl with the black hair is the manager I think. She is always very friendly and helpful as well. She does an excellent job of running the store. A lot of times its cheaper to get games here than it is online.

This store really is dirty inside. good to pick up cds (because i dont know any other place to get them) but as far as games, go to gamestop better prices and better customer service and better return policy.

I had taking 33 DVDs there and only got 9.00 for 27 of them .I was expecting to pay my cable bill with at least 125.00 and the rest for things for the house
