Beware! They cannot schedule an eye appointment to save their life. Nor do they care when they screw up an appointment. Theres no accountability because the optical side is privately owned and the target side clearly does not care about the customer they just missed out on a long time customer. Ive gone to target optical for years never have I had an issue till Im gone to the El Paso target optical. The woman who scheduled me and even recommended I try a different optometrist. Never have I ever had a business turn away a long-time customer to another business.

I was around this area looking for an optical and they popped up on my google search. I read the comments and decided I wanted to see for myself... Im not sure why they have such horrible reviews if my experience was great.everyone was EXTREMELY helpful and nice and the prices are great! I was a walk in so I really cant say much about their appointments... The optician was really nice. Ive been to many different places and Ive never been comfortable enough to ask so many questions! I will for sure make this location my go to!

I do not recommend anybody go to this Target Optical. Ive never had a bad experience dealing with Target Optical in till I went to the El Paso location. The staff was so unfriendly they pretty much told me to go to the eye center in the same Shopping Center due to scheduling problems. Not an apology or even pretend to care just rude employees. They lost a long-time customer today

Sales associates are lame,selection is lame and the forgot to give me my paperwork so I had to go back again!
