Dr. Johnson and the staff at Eyemart Express were lifesavers! My family and I were in the process of moving across country and we stopped in Las Cruces and stayed the night. I have a driver’s license that requires corrected vision. Please imagine my utter dismay when I dropped my glasses out the driver’s window as I was backing the moving van from the hotel and I ran them over and crushed them flat! I immediately thought there was “no way” to quickly obtain a replacement and consequently continue our cross country move. I drove to Eyemart and explained what had happened. The staff was wonderful! They said, “Oh I’m so sorry, and that “this is no problem.” They empathized with the horrible situation, and then they efficiently “fit me into” the schedule as a “walk-in.” I was quickly screened by the team, and discovered there are no emerging hazardous eye conditions. Next my eyes were visually inspected by Doctor Johnson and he confirmed the initial screening and then he dialed into the perfect prescription required by my eyes. I found out my previous script was too strong, and I needed to dial back the correction. I was able to buy a pair of frames, and I was sent out the door in approximately 2 hours from start to finish! This could have really stopped my family’s move cold, and we could have had to delay the trip for several days and for several hundreds of dollars. The excellent, friendly, concise, no nonsense operation makes me wish I could relocate future appointments to Las Cruces. I’m a 100% sure, that if I was local to Las Cruces, I would be here religiously every year ensuring the optical health of my family. Thank you Dr. Johnson for your kind and professional service; you and your team are exceptional in an era of compromised customer service.

Dumb manager wanted to publicly (and loudly) embarrass me because my two year old was .... BEING A TWO YEAR OLD. He wasnt knocking stuff off or misbehaving, he was curious about all the GLASSES THEY PUT AT HIS LEVEL. IF YOU SELL KIDS GLASSES, KIDS WILL LIKELY COME TO YOUR STORE. Therefore, dear jack azz of a manager, move your beloved, cheap classes higher up if you dont want kids to touch them. Kids will make noise and move about ... Dont be that dumb. I got a full refund for three pairs of glasses, totaling over $500, even before we left for his stupidity. Its been a few months and these clowns are STILL calling me reminding me to pick up a pair of glasses that they refunded me for. Go anywhere but here for glasses!

Got two pairs of glasses in August 2016 on my way to school in New Hampshire. Been having headaches for months. Finally went to the optometrist with my prescription. The optometrist said that the lenses I got from this place werent even close to my actual prescription and the two pairs of glasses werent even the same. How do you screw up that bad unless you didnt even try? Do yourselves a favor reader. Pay out the extra and go somewhere that does the job right.

Purchased a pair of eye glasses 3/2/16 at 9935 Coors Bypass Albuquerque NM. On 3/7/16 I put then on and both nose pads fail off. Re-inserted them and they both fail off again. Now in another city will see if they can fix them. When my wife saw the glasses on me, just after I purchased them, she said they are not sitting right. After some time back in their office they sat better but are still not right. Both product and service are bad.

I wouldnt even give them one star but I had no options. They advertise one hour service. One hour service my ass. Took us 6 hours and still didnt get what we asked for. They sent me a text saying glasses were ready and after the second of 3 visits I was told not ready yet. This is a terrible place. I demanded a refund. The manager was arrogant and never apologised.

Terrible service. One hour service? really? i received a text your glasses are ready so i went to pick them up but they werent ready yet. So i came back again the time they said they would be ready, and they said my glasses will take 10 more days. Its not worth waisting time there. The Maneger is not worth talking. Dont waist your time there!

I had to wait for about 25 min to get services when I did I told the young lady that I wanted a light tent on my glasses when I returned to pick up my glasses there was no tent and the young lady try to tell me there was a tent like I was stupid so I had to call the manager and he was the person the put the tent, not a very friendly staff

Poor service rude staff and no explanations about my sight or extra fees for everything. They were rude and condescending, I will not go back and I do not recommend there service. Just one last note if your a man expect to be treated like crapp it was one of the most sexist places I have ever had the misfortune of entering.

Dr. Johnson and the staff over in the exam side were great. Once we were ready to buy the frames we had to wait about 10 minutes before someone could assist us. The lady there ignored us until a gentleman made her aware that we had been waiting. Never going back!
