My husbands phone was recalled so I called this sprint to find out what our next step would be. The man informed me that because of where we purchased the phone, we would have to have it replaced at a different location. The one in Penn Center. He was still extremely helpful and explained what the process would be. He was kind which is rare to find these days. Best customer service experience I have had in awhile.

Dont waste your time with this sprint repair store. They are a third party repair store and are not worth your time. Take your phone to the other sprint repair location near the Panera bread. They know what they are doing and were able to fix our situation within 30 minutes. Unlike this store. Avoid at all costs.

Their tempered glass didnt keep my screen from cracking. Dropped it once in the week ive had it and the first time, it shattered and my tempered glass stayed safe. Refusing to help me and is charging me money to buy a whole new phone even though their product didnt keep it safe.
