The girls who work in this store are awkward and completely unapproachable. You would think with all of the time they spend NOT helping the customer, they could at least clean the place up. I spent more time stepping over merchandise on the floor and trying to avoid slipping on hangers than actually shopping. One girl in particular was actually creating a pile of garments on the floor in the sale section and literally throwing hangers past me when I was trying to look through the racks. The manager clearly has done a poor job at assessing the personalities of the employees they choose to hire. The appearance of the store reflects lazy employees who take no pride in themselves or their job.

Rudest employees Ive ever seen. They cant be bothered to help you with anything and act like you are a bother. It was made clear to me today that they couldnt care less whether they get my business or not. Thats the last time a cashier (who probably makes in a week what I spend in their store in less than an hour) ever smirks and smart mouths me. I told her I would never be back, and it didnt bother her in the least. Poor business practices.

This store has the most biased and disrespectful staff. They treat customers like how they should be treated which is obviously in their minds based on your appearance. I had a male staff member give me the most disparaging look to me and an African American female cashier give me an attitude at the checkout. I suggest to not shop at this H&M unless you want to know how it is to be treated by the most abject staff in the whole apparel industry.

This store has the rudest sales associates that I have encountered in a very long time. H&M needs to give some customer service training to their Associates. Due to this experience I will never shop at another H&M store ever.! Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Food selection and good prices. Customer service is slow. Its a young crowd. Its great that you can get workout clothes cheaper than at Lululemon.

Do not order online the shipping time is terrible and the tracking only works for the first two days then it stops updating.
