Wish could give them zero or even negative stars. Been to many att stores across multiple states/locations in all these years, this one takes the cake in being the worst in customer service. We waited for nearly an hour on a Saturday evening, it wasnt a very crowded store, may be 4-5 folks ahead of us. Only 3 associates were attending to the customers, the other 3 were just standing, gossiping giving each other company. We decided to leave the store after an hour as we were still not sure how much longer we needed to wait. Waste of time.

Horrible... I got a late return authorized by customer service but the manager was very rude and said she wouldnt accept the phone into HER inventory. She said the return was up to her discretion and she wouldnt do it even though customer service said the return should have been accepted. Then I tried to call to get the name of the manager that we spoke to but the kept screening my calls and even hung up when I finally got a hold of them. If you expect them to work with you DO NOT go here...

Terrible. Just terrible. My wife and I waited for nearly 20 minutes and were ignored by ALL 3 people working there. There were two other people being helped prior to our entry, but not even a glance was given to us while we waited. After nearly 15 minutes, two older couples came in and they were promptly checked in and told they would be helped in a few minutes, while WE WERE STILL IGNORED. Thanks for the service AT&T monroeville, really made it worth my while.

I visited this AT&T store today to have a new SIM card put in my iPad. I was greeted at the door and after it was established what I needed I was introduced to a young man named Brian. Brian was polite and efficient. I had all my needs met in less than 10 minutes. I noticed that all other customers that entered the store were treated in the same manner. I highly recommend this AT&T store for customer service and quality.

Stopped in to buy an accessory and 2 guys were waiting on customers ... 2 girls were chatting with each other and when I approached to have one of the gals direct me to the accessory I was looking for they told me as I approached them "Someone will be with you shortly" ... 10 minutes later ... theyre still chatting and I left in disgust. This store has a problem.

My girlfriend and I were here twice in the last 3 months.. Horrible service.. Smart a$$ comments to me.. Attempted to sell an overpriced product.. We literally left this store for the one in waterworks. They were so great we purchased extra products there.. Stay away from this store in Monroeville!!!

The worst customer service ever in all years with ATT ! Werent courteous, friendly or helpful....they ( CODY H ) did offer ATTITUDE, LACK OF INTEREST AND OUTWARD APPEARANCES OF BEING INCONVIENCED! All I wanted to do was exchange and upgrade an iPhone I received for Christmas.

Service sucks We went in for an issue and waited an hour while 4 guys giggled and played on their phones. We were skipped over other customers. When there were no customers left, we confronted them about being ignored. Their response was "how can I help you?"

This is a really bad place! Although most of the ATT stores are aweful. The representatives never respond you, and ask you to make a call on yourself. If so, why do they hold such a place??!!
