Slowest Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been at. A large coffee is $2.53. Its more expensive then the DDs Ive ever been at in PA, NJ, NY and even NYC. The greeting I get at the drive thru is "what can I get you" No hello! If there is 4 cars on line expect it to take 10 minutes. The garbage cans outside are always over flowing with garbage ALWAYS all over the ground. Ive filled complaints in the past. Things never change! Wish I could give it a no star! The good reviews are obviously an inside job!!!!

I really like the staff. What bothers me is that the coffee is never consistent. I always get a Caramel Cappuccino and its never the same. Its OK 50% of the time and the rest of the time it tastes burnt or they forget to add the caramel, or it tastes like water.

Was so happy when Dunkin Donuts came to the area. Love the coffee and donuts. Dislike the breakfast sandwiches for ex. the toaster sandwiches. They have weird taste that makes me think they use cheap margarine instead of real butter.

Pulled up to the speaker and ordered my usual ice coffee.... $3.08 for a medium ice-coffee!!!! after it sunk in I decided to drive right past the window and go get a monster mean bean at the store.

Have never had an issue. They keep the lines moving and staff is courteous. Had an instance or two when something came out wrong and they were more than happy to make a new item.

Always busy but they give more priority to the drive thru than the customers who walk in to get coffee and food. The fresh donuts is the only reason i put up with the service

Its not always very quick or convenient. The service for the most part is good, but not always. Sometimes drinks and food are made wrong, even when there is no rush.

Ordered an iced coffee with sugar, sipped it and had a mouthful of raw sugar. Everything bagel was dry. Munchkins, other coffees were good though

Great staff however they cannot handle large orders, usually is wrong if you get more than 2 coffees. Food and coffee is great when it is right.
