I went to Donut Connection this morning and i was outraged. I bought an ice coffee and a bagel and when i sat down there were ants everywhere. They were swarming the trashcan and running down the windowsill and even came onto my table! I was shocked that a place making food could be allowed to be this unsanitary. I will not be returning. I was less than impressed by the bagel and the ice coffee was so-so. I wouldnt suggest coming here unless you want visitors at your table.

Worst service ever. I came in there for a cup of coffee, the service assistant came out of the kitchen after mixing donut dough never washed his hands and started to pour my coffee. I asked him to wash his hands before he poured my coffee. His response "its only flour if you dont like it you dont have to buy your coffee here" took the cup and walked back into the kitchen. The bathrooms are dirty and have a strong smell of urine ,no hot water. Avoid this place.

The sign states, "We have the best coffee." Well that is very true and they also have the very best donuts. Theres all kinds of donuts with all different kinds of toppings, they are extremely FRESH! Fresh donuts are homemade and backed fresh right in the store. Not like Dunkin Donuts, those crappie nasty Wawa or those disgusting rubbery donuts from Shop Rite that dont care about their goods or donuts that are made in some damn factory and delivered.

Went in there and ordered two bagels with butter and the Chinese guy that owns or runs the store made it with cream cheese. He tried making me pay for them when he messed up my order. Then refused me service and told me to leave the store. They were most ignorant people I have ever came into contact with. Dont waste your time or money going here.

I asked for an egg and bacon sandwich in the microwave that I asked for my eggs over easy and you obviously cant do that in the microwave because Im very allergic to eggs for some reason the art cooked either pushed her over easy I got horrible wind or end I also was vomiting for 16 hours straight never again

Ordered bacon egg and cheese, said I would be there in 5, and when I got there in 10, started making it then. Then watched them microwave the bacon and eggs. I ordered the eggs over easy and obviously cant do that in a microwave.

Cofee is not that bad. Service horrible. He over charged me n laughed about it. Told me to let him keep the 2 bucks. Charged me seperatly for each it Im instead of a combo. Said I was too late. Smh. Lol.

Reliable. Consistent. Has coffee and fresh pastries at 5 AM. Clean, and the staff was friendly. I was in and out in less than 6 minutes. Conveniently located. The coffee is excellent, by the way.
