I just called the King of Prussia store to simply ask if they carried something. I was yelled at by "Ron"... No joke, I was just yelled at like a child by a grown man for asking a simple question. I am/was not rude, pushy, yelling at him, etc etc... I will never be shopping at Eddie Bauer again. Which is a shame because Eddie Bauer used to be such a reliable company and store? What gives?

I have purchased products by online site. A feather comforter, cover, work out clothing. I am very happy with the order process, delivery process time and most important, product quality. I have zero negative comments on the quality of the products. So happy with my expectation of what I ordered. I hope Eddie Bauer survives its competition and continues to grow and stay competitive.

The apparel is definitely on the pricey side but the quality of clothing is outstanding. It seems like they have a great sale at least a couple times a month and the deals are always good.

Very helpful when I called to see if they had a certain style of pants in stock. They also said theyd hold them for me to pick up the next day.
