LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! lemme say, i cannot afford this store. i am envious of those who can, because hands down they have the greatest active wear on earth. but they offer free classes around the city and a running group that meets once a week. today, i went to their complimentary class at shanti yoga shala. i went to the store after to purchase something to show my appreciation and scored the "sweat once a day" calendar which gives me access to 7 fitness studios for every day of Dec!!!!! WINNING! even tho i am now the proud owner of the most expensive pair of socks and a headband around, its so worth it because the calender they gave me is worth 100s! i love what lululemon does to motivate people to keep active and how an athletic apparel store becomes a community. when i win the lottery i will be a regular, loyal customer. because then i will spend my days working out and looking good. until then, i will mostly love and support from a far

hassle free returns without price tag but must have tag sewed on intact. free hemming on all items. takes about a week for turn around time. once i bought a shirt that was too long and i had already taken all the tags off (price tag abd shirt tag) and the salea girl made an exception for me. i go there instead of cherry hill--the staff there were not helpful.

This Luluemon has some of the best customer service! I have never had a bad experience in this store, the ladies and gentlemen that work in this store are positively fantastic! It is my favorite store on Walnut Street! Thanks for always keeping me outfitted for my runs through Philadelphia! Heather

Ive been to this location twice, BOTH times no one at that store greeted or ask if I needed help! Only time they said anything to me, is when I purchased my leggings " stating ..no returns on sales items etc! Never will I enter the Walnut Street lululemon again, poor customer service
