Ive been to 3 different shoe stores in the past 2 days, and I wish I had started here first! Eddie helped me, and was very kind and attentive to my specific needs in a shoe. Im fairly new to running and he educated me on over-pronation. Took a video of me as I walked and showed me specifically where and how my stride was affected. He also showed me about 6 different pairs that would work for me, then watched me run and told me what each shoe was doing in relation to my arch and width. They have definitely gained another loyal customer, customer service is outstanding!

This was the best running shoe shopping experience Ive ever had. Ben was an incredibly knowledgeable running shoe expert and knows seemingly everything about not only New Balance, but competing brands and even recommended options he didnt carry in his store. This kind of genuine customer service is just unheard of most of the time in this modern day and was truly a delightfully refreshing experience. My wife and I will be New Balance fans from this point forward.

Small store. And while I was there a guy trying on shoes had the most smelly BO feet, he really shouldnt have been allowed to put new shoes on, hope he bought them.
