Bought my first pair of New Balance shoes (846s) today. The service could not be better. Taylor took the time to measure my feet and answer all my questions. This added attention to detail has made me a future return customer. The fit of this shoe is awesome as well. Im glad my doctor recommended this shoe company and this shoe store.

Went in to return a pair of NB shoes I purchased at another NB store and they would not accept them!!! They informed me that they are "independently owned" so can not accept returns and that each store has its own policy! So are you a NB store or are you not??? I wished I had ordered my shoes from Amazon or Zappos!

Bought a pair of running sneakers here in 2009. About to go back. Have been to lots of stores over the years and this one was the best and gave me the best service and best fitting shoes Ive had.

I’ve never had this great level of service. The owner himself spent about an hour & a half on fitting my wife. This was due to a medical condition that she has.
