First time I came in to repair a completely shattered phone screen. The phone repair lasted about 4 months before the corner began to come off. Got a new phone that was dropped and I needed another replacement screen. I paid up front both times and got my phone repaired rather quickly. Although things seemed fine at first the second time around, I noticed that my screen was very sensitive towards the top and the lightest touch was enough pressure for the background light to create little dots when I touch it. The screen also glitches constantly throughout the day. Certain parts of the screen do not respond and sometimes just completely stop working or a day or so. When I called today to ask what they use to replace it, I was upset and the worker knew it and when I asked if I had to shell out more money, he had an attitude and didnt say anything when I asked him to not give me attitude. I have worked with many upset customers before but I have never once got an attitude with them, I was kind and patience and offered assistance like I was supposed to and made sure they were satisfied before leaving. This man is not a professional and I did not like the tone he had with me. Ive also noticed plenty of other customers and their interactions with this same man, and I wish I wouldve been treated equally as them. At least I know why...

Terrible service and they do not stand behind their work. They replaced a screen on my phone which partially pulled away from the phone a week later and subsequently cracked because of that. When I contacted them, they said I needed to come in immediately when it had started to pull off and have them look at it. Unfortunately, most peoples schedules do not work that way. So their response to the crack was “that once it cracked, it was outside the manufacturers warranty”. Well, obviously it is. But the manufacturers warranty should have nothing to do with it; it cracked because of bad workmanship and improper installation. The best they could offer was to take their labor charge off for the 2nd time around, which would still result in a $180 charge. So $220 for the 1st fix and $180 for the second, which was their fault!?!?! No thank you! Take your business elsewhere and deal with stand-up people that will stand behind their work. What’s worse is that the employees and the Owner have horrible attitudes (even from my first interaction with them) but they know they have you in a bad spot because your phone broken and you need them more than they need you, at that point. Again, take your business elsewhere!

Im so glad that I brought my water damaged iPhone 6 here. After it got wet from rain, it wouldnt turn on or charge. It was completely dead. I originally took it to Apple where they told me that there was absolutely nothing that could be done (without even looking at the phone) and tried to sell me a new one for $750. Within an hour of dropping my phone off at CPR, I had an email from them saying that they were able to get the phone to turn on but it needed a new screen. The next day I had my phone back, good as new. I would highly recommend CPR Horsham for any iPhone issues. Dont waste your time with Apple.

My LG G4 went into the "bootloop" and I was told by TMobile that I would lose all my pictures. I spent hours online searching for a way to get my pictures and found nothing. One place said the cost would be $300 to start- possibly as high as $1200!!!! I called CPR and they able to retrieve all my pictures and contacts for only $90 and it only took a few hours.. worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Couldnt have been happier with my experience. Apple store in Willow Grove told me that my MacBook needs a motherboard replacement but when I brought it to CPR is it within the technician said that my fan was clogged not allowing my laptop to start up. Got it back the next day and everything is working fine now, dont needs to buy a new one. Thank you CPR!

Had my LG V20 rear camera lens replaced and within less than 2 weeks it shattered again. Karl "fixed" my lense twice and both times at a cost of $60. Neither time that the rear lense shattered were my fault and yet some how Im out $120. This place is the biggest scam and I dont ever plan on going back.

It seems that cell phone repair places are either ranked high or not high at all. This place deserves its high ranking. They fixed the top button on my iPhone 5 and did it very quickly, professionally and at a fair price. I would definitely go there again.

Walked in and had friendly service. There was a power outage in the area, but that didnt stop them from having my phone screen fixed within 2 hours at a reasonable price. Highly recommend going to CPR to receive top quality repairs!

These guys fixed my iPhone 6+ for less than initially quoted and fixed it like new in under 30 minutes. Its rare to get more than for less these days. The store is large and clean. The staff was down to earth and nice.
