Bought over $20,000 in equipment from Jack over the past 5 years. He was the best. Management let him go after 7+years because he need Thanksgiving weekend for an important family event. Even gave a months notice. Present Manager is incompetent and hes the one that should be fired. I now order all supplies online from other suppliers. The cost of losing one customer... just $20,000 in potential sales. The cost of losing a great and dedicated employee... immeasurable!

We had banners for the "Continuum 2012" opening at The Photography Place Gallery made here.. The Photography Place is looking good thanks to Staples - Doylestown .... They were fast and easy, well priced and very professional. I also brought over my copy machine for repair .... They fixed it on the spot and charged me $4.00. Paid with my Staples reward check and have $2.00 left over.... Whoa! Nice people. Terrific service. Thanks...

These guys take care of me EVERY VISIT to their store. They price match anything from their competitors! I just saved $30 on a $99 product in July 2015 and their customer service is excellent, which is first and foremost on my list of reviews besides pricing.
