In August 2010 I brought an otherwise working iBook G4 into Bundy Computers for a $200 repair to the power supply input ($20 for parts, $180 for labor). When I went to pick it up, they could not find my computer, or my paperwork. After 20 minutes of looking for it, they finally brought it out and said, "Your computer will never connect to a wireless network again unless you pay us another $400 to fix a problem we caused intentionally." Aside from the power supply it worked fine until I brought it to Bundy. Now, because of them, it does not turn on at all and is a useless piece of plastic. I told them that it basically worked fine until I brought it to them and they said, "Thats impossible, we dont believe you." They will scam you, probably because they have no other way to compete with the Apple Store or Springboard Media. The reason their prices are so "cheap" is because they do not know what they are doing. Go to a different store if your computer is at all important to you.

I purchased a Clear HotSpot from Bundy Computer. I decided to return it within the 30 day return period that Clear provides refunds for as part of their guarantee. Because I no longer had the original packaging, Bundy Computer refused to accept the return. Fortunately, Clear allowed me to return the product directly to them. I thought that going to such a well-established business would ensure exceptional customer support - I was wrong. It appears they are only interested in making the sale. They will have no return business from me - and I will warn others to stay clear of their business.

Perfect experience. I went to a different computer store up the street and they told me what I was looking for didnt exist, even though I knew it did. They recommend Bundy to me. I told the gentleman what I was looking for and when he was sold out, he recommended to me a different product. It worked perfectly!
