DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! I took two of my laptops to Compuworld and the owner (K or Chang) made a verbal agreement which he mislead me about and did not honor. After attempting to resolve this issue, the owner and his employee were rude and the owner even told me I "twisted his words" and outright accused me of lying. He was not at all friendly or patient in making me understand his position.Ultimately, no agreement was made because owner refused to negotiate a fair price for the purchase of a new laptop (prices were $150 more than Walmart and Best Buy for laptops with identical specs). To add insult to injury, both the owner and employee cut me off and dismissed me and got on the phone without acknowledging me further! Bottom line, these people are rude, unprofessional and prices arent competitive. Save yourself the hassle and go to Best Buy or Walmart.

I have been a CompuWorld customer for over 20 years. They provide excellent prices and great service. They have built many PCs for me including their latest mini tower and used the newest solid state hard drive which they recommended. This speeds everything up. I also purchased two laptops from them Both are Toshiba brand. Great prices. CompuWorld recommended the configuration and they were right on. Right amount of memory and new solid state hard drives. They are great at trouble shooting software, networking and hardware problems. Turn around time is excellent. A great merchant to help resolve anyones computer issues.

I am the service manager of a nearby shop. Several times the gentleman that works there has been a great help. At night I also run a dj/karaoke business, he helped me find a laptop that worked flawlessly for 2 years. I bought it used and inexpensive. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend.
