I have taken my computer to them twice (2 separate computer issues). They gave me complete explanations of the issues, what they thought the problem was, the steps they would take to identify the problem and the steps they could take to fix the issue. I asked them a lot of questions and they answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The work is done when promised. My computer was worked on a couple of months ago and again just recently, they were so helpful and accommodating. I took my computer to a competitor around the corner from them and was totally 1000% unhappy with the service. Sata was recommended and I decided to try them I am 1,000,000% happy.

took my hp mini in for a screen replacement. worked with steve, nick and josh. all three are professional, friendly, and proactive regarding updates on repairs. got my laptop back in less time than estimated and at a very affordable cost. would recommend every time and will go back every time.
