This morning, I went to PC Warehouse to see if they would be interested in purchasing an empty computer case from me. My case is used but in excellent condition. The reason I even tried is that I know they sell used cases the store. The "gentleman" working at PC warehouse who looked at my case rudely says to me "You would have to give ME $10.00 and then I would let you leave that here" I thought he was joking at first because nobody could be that rude right? He then just turned his back to me and walked away! Even as I write this review I cant believe I was treated in such an unprofessional way. I said to him that there was no reason for him to be rude to me. A simple "No thank you we are not interested" would have been more than enough. I left the store vowing to not return as customer because of the unnecessary rudeness I experienced at PC Warehouse.

MEENAN TRANSMISSIONS

Have been going to these guys for over 10 years. I have several computers that are critical for my buisnes opperations. When I have a problem I get my computers to them and they get it fixed asap. I have had situations where I was on my way back to my buisness and before I even got back they called me and the machine was fixed. They are always straight shooters and give me sound advice on weather to repair my machine or replace it. Some people may percive this to be upselling but it is just sound advice. With how the industry is constantly changing it is critical that I have someone that I can depend on for computer advice. Thanks for all you do.

This place was terrible. The workers there are extremely rude. I tried to build my own computer and got one thing wrong which was causing an error. Instead of trying to explain to me what I got wrong, the workers there laughed at my inexperience and said I was so young and naive and that I should leave computer building to the experts. I had to continually ask these people what I did wrong for a good 10 minutes until they finally stopped patronizing me and gave me a straight forward answer. Plus, their repair was extremely expensive. Never going again.

Called them up concerning laptop repair and immediately got diagnostic help over the phone... and without even being a paying customer! I will certainly give them my business in the future when I need repairs or parts.

Employee interrupted me mid-sentence and told me my PC was too old to repair. He wouldnt even look at it. Then he had the nerve to TRY AND SELL ME A USED PC. This place will not be in business long.

Knowledge staff, have always been helpful, prices fair. Had a game computer built here was good purchase. Will go back.

Asked them to install a new processor and heat sink, wound up with a fried motherboard. 10/10 would not recommend
