As a veteran business owner for the past 14 years, G-Tech has guided our operation from the sole-proprietorship initially created to the limited liability corporation it has grown into today. There is much to be said for the small business owner that only focuses on products that are truly needed, rather than selling you items that are not necessary. A hidden gem discovered... After years of searching for the right place to meet my personal and small business computing needs (price / expediency wise), I was recommended by a close friend of mine to give them a try. First off, their pricing of the PCs were very reasonable, even beating the names such as Dell, HP, and Gateway, because their hardware / parts used were much superior than the names mentioned above. It actually lasted couple years longer when compared to my other PCs from Dell and HP in similar time frame. Secondly, these G Tech guys not only can sell PCs, but knows how to service theirs and other-branded PCs. Lastly, their turn-around time for servicing was expeditious. Ive bought / serviced from them for a little more than 10 yrs. and its a huge assurance to know a business that knows their business and delivering such excellent product for a reasonable price. As you can tell, Im a huge fan... I highly recommend them over any other bigger names.

David proved himself very knowledgeable about severe infections, at-risk computers, and internet connectivity. He carefully asked about the difficulties I was encountering as well as what I had attempted to resolve myself; he then asked what my desired outcome would be; and, then he proposed several solutions to these issues. He did so respectfully, with care to ensure my understanding of both his recommendations and my options. At the end, he offered a fair price for his labor and parts swap out. I would recommend him for any pc work that requires real understanding of more complex computer issues and a preference for an individual ready to listen and to recommend appropriate resolution.

I just moved to Philly from NYC area and recently went for diagnostic service for my old dell systems, Wow... what a quick fix and response. Their response was quicker than newyork service people, and plus They are able to answer all my questions in very courteous manner. Price: excellent. Fully recommended for anyone who moves to Philly area. Little bit difficult to find, but they are located right inside of this easy intersection of old York road (rt 611 & Cheltenham ave) shopping center.
