I give them 3 stars only because of the great deals I have scored here. If I were basing on customer service, it would be a 1 star for sure. The customer service is horrible. And I understand its a thrift store, but this is a huge corporation and it makes no sense to me why this particular store is run so poorly. For starters, stapling tags into clothing, blocking the size most times, and putting holes in the clothes. Just stupid. Poor handwriting on tags leaves prices a guessing game. The cashiers go from one extreme to the next. Extremely nice/friendly/helpful to rude and miserable. Today, I was there for the 50% off sale. They have a dollar rewards program that is barely advertised and Ive never had a cashier tell me to go get the dollars once. You get $1 for I think every $5 you spend, to use the following Wednesday. The problem is, they wont tell you if u dont know, and you have to go to the back of the store after you pay with your receipt. And there is NEVER anyone there, even after I asked the cashier and she told me someone was there. So today, it was packed, very busy, and clearly short staffed. So after waiting about 10 minutes in the back of the store, Ann finally noticed me and came over. I asked her why they dont give the $ at the register, since nobody is ever in the back. She ignored me. So I asked if she was the manager and for her name. I asked if she thinks its ok to ignore a customer? She then told me how busy they are and she lost a staff member, and I understand that, but this is every time I come. Usually weekly. She then gave me a sarcastic Im sorry and said corporate doesnt allow the dollars to be given at the register. So I will be making a complaint to corporate. I donate a lot of clothes here also. So in short, yes you should go here. They usually have high end clothing in like new condition. The prices are a little higher but the sales make it worth it. Just be prepared for a probably poor customer service experience.

Im going to be 100% on honest on how I feel and what Ive seen and heard about this place. 1st, never work here. They treat the employees horrible, the owner or manager steals money and blames the employees. 2nd, they need to STOP sticking the price stickers to the screens of the monitors and other electronic devices with a screen. Doing that runs a risk of someone damaging the screen or device. 3rd, stop writing on everything with those white markers. You cant ever get it off unless you use something strong which also runs the risk of destroying a product and is also a major inconvenience for the customer. If you wanna price stuff, simply sick those price stickers on an area of an item that wont been seen when displayed or off the area of a product that isnt going to harm it when taken off. 4th and last, the deals are very rare to come by and they usually price stuff very high, I mean come on, you didnt even pay anything for what you get and half the time the stuff thats over priced isnt even worth what you want or isnt even sought after usually causing it to sit on the shelf and be lowered in price until its sold.

Enough parking. Exterior sales match the days sale. Open 7 days a week. Always have something I need. Always have a sale. Min. $5 for Credit Card purchases and must have ID. A lot of clothing to choose from. Some are based on size and others on color and type. They added a fitting room. There is a book lender area. Also, no public bathroom. My child steps foot and always has to go..we walk next door. I always walk out with a ton of stuff. Yes, I dont know what they use to mark the big items, I think its a crayon or something and the clothes do get staple tagged but I have not had any issues with taking the tags off.

Heres the thing. If youre going to shove Christian music down my throat and advertise yourself as a Christian service then you need to treat your staff properly. It was 90 ° and they had no air. All of the employees were drenched in sweat and said they never turn air on for them. Ive seen managers be rude to staff and handle situations poorly. Its a shame. Also, dont hang a massive sign outside that says youre open until 9 if youre only open until 9 one day a week.

Great thrift store. It has tons of used furniture at a great price. Also the prices for the furniture is often even lower than posted because they often have clearance sales. We got our dining table set with six chairs for 35 dollars. They also have a large selection of used clothing items, and a small dressing room to see if something fits. The customer services is a little obvlivious, but they are generally nice and easy to work with.

The prices are way to high for the clorhing, alot of stained clothing, very very dated, almost nothing even near new or stylish , $6.99 & up for old, dated, stretched out T shirt? And very limited staff, and one worker followed us around complaining about everyone rude to us and her other coworkers ! Last time for me, never again.

I went there for the first time today, surely this will not be my last time. Beats The Via (the lark?) by a land slide. The prices were great! They have so many things there. Nicely sorted out. I would go every pay day if I wasnt scared I would become a hoarder (giggle) All in all a great experience.

Security Tags are put through back of shirts leaving a hole. They also use staples for tags instead of barbs. Very hard to read the scribbled prices on tags. They serve coffee and I seen people walking around dripping it on clothes. The good stuff is priced higher than GW.

Decent thrift store. Nice people. Good prices. Lots of different type of products. Sale days and half off days often. It would be nice if they were open on Sunday, but they did extend their hours for the summer which is nice...I can stop on my way home.

Just like in your youth days, you would go to a thrift shop and see things that existed in the past. Theres always things that existed in the past here and the time now is the future. What do you know of the past? Tourist are a must to visit this place.

If you shop the sales, you are bound to find great deals! Wednesdays are buy one get two free, and Sundays tend to be 50 cents for each item of a specific color tag. Also, some high quality stuff is there if you actively look!!

Although this store offers a large amount of inventory I was very surprised at the costs for the used items. Many things I found there are close to new pricing for pre-owned items. Very disappointed.

Hit or miss, great prices on kitchem stuff. I could never understand the sales by color tag. Some things very pricey for a thrift store.

Prices have progressively increased, and they are no longer opting for multiple colored sales on the same day.

Big store, some good finds, usually crowded, gotta sift through the junk to get to the goodies.
