I cant say enough nice things about Ray and his work. I contacted Ray about having a half sleeve done, I have other tattoos but Id never had anything done on that scale before and I was kinda nervous. From my first email to Ray I knew Id made the right choice, not only is he an amazing artist but he listened to my ideas and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Ive gone to other tattoo shops before and theyve made me feel out of place and uncomfortable because Im not covered head-to-toe in tattoos, Ray never once made me feel that way or like my concept was silly. He took my idea of wanting butterflies all over my arm and turned it into a tattoo more beautiful than I could imagine. I get a compliment at least once a day on my tattoo and were not even finished yet, I cant wait till its completed! I would highly recommend Ray to anyone who is looking for a great tattoo artist. I will never go anywhere else.

Getting a tattoo is something Ive thought about doing for quite some time. I finally decided to take the leap. Ive heard so many rumors about smug tattoo artists with bad attitudes. I went to Cosmic Primate to meet with Ryan, and after the first meeting was convinced that this was the shop that I wanted to spend my money at. The first session was on April 28th, and I was able to sit for about 8 hours. Not bad for a first timer. Ryan did a great job, and Ive already scheduled a follow-up appointment for May 27th. I plan on sitting the entire day again. My wife, father in law, and others will be taking their business to Cosmic Primate because of the awesome work that comes out of this shop. Im happy to support these guys and plan on going crazy in the next few months. Thanks guys!

I came across this shop when I first moved to town and was looking for quality work. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the price very reasonable for a full custom piece. The artists keep a nice clean, well lit shop, and I notice that everything is clean and sanitary. I enjoyed my experience so much that I carry business cards and hand them out every time someone stops and ask where I get my work done. I was so pleased that I booked two full day sessions with Ray, and Im planning more. He puts out great traditional & zombies with crisp lines and shading. Its how I think that all shops should be run. I give my highest recommendation to Ray & Ryan @ Cosmic Primate Tattoo. You will be glad that you did. And who knows, you might see me in the chair next to you!

Ray and Ryan are not only both great Tattoo artist but great people as well. The shop is very clean, comfortable, and excellent decor and artwork through out the shop. Ray has done tattoos on myself and my wife in the past. We are both so happy with his artistic and tattooing skill. My wife just had a tattoo done today. Ray was able to squeeze us in on short notice. He worked with my wife to get her idea translated to ink. Her tattoo came out perfect and pleased with Rays work once again. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to feel respected and comfortable getting a tattoo

I couldnt be happier with the work of Ray, He is a true artist. I went there because of a friend he tattooed and fell in love with his work. I had a half sleeve that needed tlc and we are now turning that into a full sleeve. I have been there 2 times in the last 2 weeks and have 2 more appointments before the end of the month.... That should tell ya something :) The rates are very affordable and the shop is the cleanest tattoo shop i have ever been in. You really have to stop in and check this place out!!!

I had my tattoo done by Ryan. It was something I have wanted for a while now. I had my first Tattoo 32 years ago so needless to say I was pretty nervous with this one. Ryan really put me at ease. Not only is he a fantastic Tattoo artist but a really nice guy, down to earth and easy to talk to. The shop was super clean and everyone was very friendly. I was tattooed by Chris on 4/21/16. It was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Chris was amazing, very talented l, and very personable and professional. Ray and Ryan were also very cool and interacted with all the clients. The parlor is clean, upscale, modern, and an all around spectacular environment to get a tattoo done. I highly recommend this wonderful business, and will be returning, and sending many friends as well!
