First of all, the mobile site is extremely well done and it was extremely easy to place my order. The store called me within the hour to confirm my order and alert me of an inventory issue that impacted my order. Secondly, WOW: the inventory issue was resolved immediately and without a problem, and in a way that I am extremely satisfied with. These people really go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service! 1-800 Flowers has nothing on this family-run business!
