This is not the biggest comic store that Ive ever been too but it is the best. As a matter fact, even though I am very new to the hobby, Ive been to a ton of comic stores. Every Friday we go to a different one local and not. Comix Connection is not just a comic shop, it is a home. Hell, people from work tell me its my third home. Joe, the manager, is very down-to-earth and understanding - sometimes we talk for hours about various BS. Jesse is fun and knowledgeable - we talk about our Pop! collections forever. John has a taste pretty much like mine and has recommended TONS of stuff to me - ALL of which has been great. Nicky - I dont see very often but is super kind and helpful. And she opened my eyes to my favorite book of all time, Lazarus - I am forever grateful. Cecil the reason that I love this comic shop over in the other is because it is my comic show. You walk in there and you feel like it is yours. Its less like a comic store and more like the bar Cheers - where everybody knows your name. And being from Boston that means something : )

Ive been going to this shop for 16 years, I started going to their york store, then the one in the camp hill mall, and now it moved to the pike a few years back. Its a great shop, with a knowledgable and friendly staff. They have a great selection and even offer a pull box service to pull comics you read regularly for you. Also gotta love the big silver surfer in the back of the shop. Also of note, they are really big into supporting local talent and aspiring comic creators. So if you have a book your shopping around, swing on by and talk to them.

Great store, very organized and clean. My only complaint is even if an issue is over 2 weeks old to jack the price up to $4.25 when the issue is only $3.75. Might not seem like a big deal to some but when you buy a lot of comics and dont have enough time to get there the day they come out and I deff dont want to be paying more just because its a 2 week old comic, now if the comic is 2 or 3 years old then I could see there being a price change.

After my local comic store closed I was inconsolable until I discovered this gem of a store. Im in there at least twice a month browsing their awesome selections of Comics, Toys, Statues, Games and Pops. The staff are all really great, friendly people who generally seem to enjoy being there. Definitely my favorite comics store in the area, perhaps in all of Pennsylvania!

Great store. Good selection of products. Decent prices. The best part though is the friendly knowledgeable staff. No matter if youre shopping for someone else, just getting started, or are a long time comic fan they can and will be able to engage you. That feel when a store doesnt see you as just a sale, but as a part of their community.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help and chat whether youre new to the physical comics scene or an old timer trying to catch up on new runs. FCBD is always a blast, albeit crowded. One of the only comic shops still around, and Im glad they still are.

They have a wide selection of comics and comic book "stuff", a really cool statue of the Silver Surfer and a nice selection of board games. Tuesday night is board game night, I have yet to attend but it sounds exciting.

The lady working there went out of her way to help a mother and her daughter find comics, even went and found them a Wonder woman poster unasked just to help. Also had lots of varients. Awesome store awesome employees.
