Such a beautiful find! A real, secondhand bookstore that permits the pleasure of perusal and discovery--just organized *enough* to let you find topics and authors, but with that edge of human miscellany that encourages leisure. I immediately found two books I couldnt part with. The stores owners also highlight and feature a wide array of authors of color and especially African American authors. This store makes me so happy.

Ive been here plenty of times and Ive always found the owner to be nice. I like this book store. Whenever I run out of books to read I like coming here. Its organized enough to find something. I dont expect anyone to walk me through the store while holding my hand to find a book. Have an idea on what book what you want? Go look for it on your own. Its not that hard people. I just wish this place was bigger.... Ohh well.

I was so excited to stop by this place last Friday on my day off, when I saw a sign on the door that said they would re-open at 5:30. So in the meantime I went to Kefa Cafe, which was excellent, came back around 5:45, and the sign was still up and no one was there! It looked like a pleasant enough place, but if youre not going to be back for business, then just close the store for the rest of the day. Dont lead us on!

I am sorry. But I cant even justify a single a star. Its a horrible book store. The staff is rude. The place is disorganized...at best. I regret the short time I spent at this place. They only get a star because google wont allow zero stars...actually I wish they had a black hole option...like a negative star..but if one star is the worst then they deserve it. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Not professional, I asked to sell 3 books, the owner cut me off while eating m&ms with a ghetto uh uh. He said he is broke and not selling books, not shocking being defensive and overly aggressive with politeness and basic questions. The other stores he mentioned are thriving because they know how to talk to people- this man needs help like hell go postal on you

Upon entering, no greeting by owner in spite of me saying hello politely. It was not busy at all. Very disorganized shelves. When the only other customer left, the owner came to me and said "its 5 oclock, were closing." No offer to help. Just made me leave which I obliged.

It has that used book store smell, and a decent collection of sci fi considering its small footprint. Would be 5 stars if it werent cash only. I had to put back a couple books because I didnt have enough cash.

Quite a few aisles and a decent selection. The prices are average for used books. But the staff wasnt very helpful....good for browsing, but not if you are looking for something specific
