Dont get me wrong I love the store but I was very upset that there is literally no refunds. The lady was very nice and I feel such a positive vibe when I go in there but I spent a little to much money and I tlor her I was very much on a budget. I bought some supplies and went to my car. Payed cash. I checked my bank account and realized I had no money so I asked if I could exchange some of the item for cheaper and she said she could not give me my money back only store credit. I was in shock. I just bought the items and didnt even leave the parking lot and ur telling me I can not get my money back. I realize it was my fault and like I said I love the store but I dont think I will be returning anymore. Im sorry but no way to run a business or at least have signs say absolutely no refunds at any point by the register and point it out before the transaction is complete. I wouldve taken more time to think about what I was doing as far a my purchase. Sad really.

I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks. This is my favorite place to go when im having a bad day. The atmosphere can take my anxiety away in a matter of a few minutes of being in the shop. The ladies who work here are amazing! Today Tammy helped me find the perfect stone to help with my anxiety and fears and gave me peace of mind when I told her about my personal stressors. Her and I chatted for quite a bit and she was so helpful! I will always return to and always recommend Heaven and Nature. Thank you to the beautiful women that keep this little gem going!

When I came back home to Harrisburg, PA, after serving in the US Air Force; I found this little treasure of a store! Well 13 years later, I still dont mind spending my money on various items (i.e. candles, incense, jewelry, crystals, a bumper sticker for my car)! This little gem of a store has EVERYTHING that you would want or need! The workers are so nice & welcoming...I feel like theyre part of my family! As long as Im living in the area...I will ALWAYS come home to shop in the Heaven & Nature store!

Good place to buy stones but the staff knows nothing about rocks. I have overheard them give erroneous advice many times and they have mislabeled stones they sold me so know about rock identification if youre gonna buy from here, but the actual selection of stones is very good for this area. (If you go to bigger cities you can find bigger shops with better selection but its the best place imo in the Harrisburg area).

THE most magical/magickal place in Central PA! I believe you could look far and wide for any other store in this area, and not discover one that offer both the breadth and the quality of items that can be found at Heaven and Nature. I love this store! I am there every week. Vonnie is so awesome and knowledgeable about all of her products and i can always find everything i need . Tammy, Teresa and Nisa are also very helpful and friendly. Shopping there is always a great experience. Whether you need ingredients for spell work, a special gift, or just need some incense, you will be sure to find it there.

Interesting store, I would not recommend their homemade ear candles. Ive been ear candling for 20 years and the material in these are so weak that the paraffin melted and dripped into my ear.
