Do NOT get drinks at the Starbucks coffee shop inside. I went today, May 20, 2017 with my two children and mother. We were very excited to browse the childrens book area with our coffees in hand. I received my mothers drink first, a tall latte mochiatto. Right away I noticed that it felt very light and opened it up to find a lot of room on the top with no drink. Then I received my drink, a granda chai tea latte. Again, very light. I opened it up and again, lots of room above the froth. I put my finger in it and I had to put it half way down the cup before I felt the hot liquid. I have never received either of these drinks we get extremely often half full. EVER. And of course when I asked the lady serving the drinks if they pour their cups there half full, and opened both drinks to show her that the liquid was only half full she looked at me and with a very rude and snide tone, told me she didnt understand the problem. It actually spoiled our wonderful morning. Please hire people with customer service skills. I worked for 8 years in customer service and I understand the service that SHOULD have been provided today.

Being a book nerd, bookworm, whichever way its coined, I was definitely disappointed with this venue. I thought Id see some comfy couches, comfortable chairs, something...but all I saw scattered around the store were wooden, hard chairs. Really?? Can we at least get a seat cushion....something!?? The store is pretty big, including a cafe to the right of the entryway. I was quite excited, but after walking around the store, with my books in hand, I soon realized that the kid section had better seating than that for paying adults. Terrible. Again, so disappointed. I am used to Borders (RIP), with great seating, for those that enjoy reading for hours on end. I cant deal right now. Sheesh. Come on Barnes & Noble....yes, you are competing with digital technology, but for those that still enjoy the physical touch of paperbacks, and perusing aisle after aisle, you can try and make the experience much better. :( No one wants to sit on hard chairs.

A great reliable place that serves good Starbucks coffee (without Starbucks perks; they are not able to use/accept your Starbucks card ) up till 11pm depending on the days, free wifi, and sitting area, so perfect for me when I need to get some work done. It does get pretty loud in there, but I always come equipped with my noise cancelling headphones, so I am covered. I do not use the facility for book reading purposes (other than on my computer), but I can tell you they offer a great variety of literature.

Depending on what you are looking for you can either find everything you are looking for or come out pretty empty handed. However that being said their selection is over all pretty good and the staff was very kind and helpful! The only thing that really disappointed me was the lack of seating but luckily they have plenty of floor space so it worked out.

Katrina gave me excellent advice. She knew the author of the book "March": Gwendolyn Brooks, which I wanted for a graduation gift. She quickly led me to another book I wanted, "Commonwealth" by Ann Patchett. Then she recommended "Prayers for Sale" by Sandra Dallas. I splurged and bought them all! Thanks, Katrina!

Coffee shop, decent book selection, gift items... and several homeless people wandering around. Great location, near a TARGET, movie theatre, restaurants, grocery, and various other stores. Watch out parking... people walk without looking in this area for some reason ;-)

Excellent help today in getting a book-- so new that it was not yet on the shelf. I knew that the store had four copies on order. The staffer at the help desk quickly identified what I wanted and brought it to me. Thank you!

Oh this place is soo beautiful, wonderful and jus heavenly! The smell of beautiful books with the smell of coffee gives u such a relaxing feeling that you wont wanna leave once youre in!!!! Love love love this place

My wife and I come here all of the time. Its great for studying, pleasure reading, getting a great cup of tea and coffee or just to have a quick bite. Trust me, this place rocks! I highly recommend that you visit.

One of the few large bookstores Ive seen in years. Tons of books, decent music and video section. Cafe has limited seating and doesnt take Starbucks cards or rewards, but they always have fresh pastries.

Been coming here for years. Great selection of books, media, Lego and Anime figures and models, built-in Starbucks, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for book lovers and geeks of all ages.

Great collection but not enough seating area. Theres a Starbucks inside but the seating area is small and account with small table, basic chairs and limited outlets. All seems like an after thought.

While it does lack the big comfy chairs I like at other locations, the people here are very helpful. Store is a bit tight in design, but overwhelming so. One of my favorite book stores...

Come here quite often to work. The Starbucks area is spacious but could use more plugs. They always have the books you are looking for in hand. Kind of a smaller Barnes and Noble.
