I was a regular and loyal customer for many many years. I went to their store with a return from Christmas. I had the gift receipt and the regular receipt. I offered to buy other products and exchange but there was a difference to be returned to me. They refused to credit that balance to my credit card because I did not have my wifes credit card with me. What good is a gift receipt? Because of their unwillingness to help me I will never return. I will shop at Amazon exclusively. I will also tell at least 100 people and the students in my classes. I wish Barnes & Noble well. They will need it. As their stores continue to empty, perhaps they could read a book on customer service as they wave goodbye to yet another loyal customer.

It is nice to still have a brick and mortar book store to go to. This location has a Starbucks tucked away inside as well. The staff has always been friendly and is willing to order anything they do not have in stock. My only complaint is the price. Its understandable given they have to maintain the coast of the building, but still hard to stomach. Great spot to grab a coffee and peruse the bookshelves for a great novel.

I go to Barnes and Noble to work in their cafe on projects, work, etc. However, the last few times the customer service has been lacking at this location. Friendliness goes a long way. I am also surprised BN still does not match their own online prices. As much as Id like to support a local store, customers like myself will continue to get books online through their website or Amazon.

Amazing bookstore. Always clean and the books are well organized and easy to find. Theres always one or two employees available to help when you cant find a certain title. The location hosts a variety of fun events for adults and children alike. The cafe is also great and has good food and a quiet environment for reading or working using their wifi.

They have good staff who do all they can to help us, but they dont keep books very long. A book a couple years old is already not being sold there anymore. Working in a prison library with a lot of older books I want to read myself, I have to find a place to buy them. B&N is usually a disapointment.

Barnes & Noble(s) is a wonderful place to find novels and books you may not find elsewhere. It has great selection, great customer service, and (depends on what Barnes & Noble you go to) the Starbucks in the store provides coffee and pastries. It goes well with the comfortable and casual vibe!

Pretty sure you could spend the majority of a day here. Theres a great selection of books. I love the kids section; its so whimsical. They will also do kid story time every once in awhile. They also have a cafe that has food, snacks, and Starbucks coffee.

Since the Borders book stores are now history-B & N stands alone (except for the BAM stores-they are cool!) and this one, does a decent job. I often find almost anything I happen to be looking for. The cafe is also very decent, yet pricey.
