I bought a pair of work shoes from here over a year ago and had fantastic service at that time. Went in with one thing in mind, but Spencer was able to hear what I do and need and not only let me try what I thought was right for me but suggested some others. I went with one of his suggestions, the Keens and have never been happier since being in this field of work. This time I call back and get the same guy (Spencer) and because of his note taking last time he completely recalls me and the process we went through a year ago. As stated I loved the Keen shoes he recommended and fit me for so much I order the same pair. (I am on my feet all day in and out of commercial kitchens and the shoes have been fantastic in quality and comfort.) Only problem now is that I live a few states away and Keen wont ship direct to me, but this guy is not only efficient and professional, but he then goes the extra mile arranging with the owner (Laurie) to ship my new shoes to me once they arrive. I expect to receive them this week as they have kept me posted every step of the way. I cant recommend this place enough.

What a great place! I have been shopping for some general use outdoor boots. Most places carry only 1 or 2 hikers and that is all. This place has many to pick from, hikers, work boots, every shape and size in stock!! They were super helpful with making a selection. They also have a huge selection of heavy outdoor/work clothing. Super excited to have found them. Very worth a trip to Glen Rock.

Ive gone here the past two years Ive needed boots for work, and the service at Overlook never disappoints. The staff has above and beyond service, great selection, and very reasonable pricing on all of their boots and even other parts of inventory. Overlook will always be my first stop for any work related need.

i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for boots. They have a great selection and awesome customer service. I purchased some Carolina work boots that had a manufacture defect and the owner, Laurie sent me a new pair promptly while I sent the defective ones back. Thanks for all the help

I just bought a pair of KEENS today from overlook . Its a very clean store . Nice displays as well . Nothing out of place or hard to find . Great prices too . I wanted rockys or wolverines but these keens will do . Very comfortable . The employee at the counter was helpful and nice .

I have been here several times. Good selection of work boots, hikers, socks, gloves and work clothes. Its real value is that it is hidden, so never busy and the sales person is very friendly and knowledge.
