I was here about 3/4 yr ago to get a wheel bearing for my car. I always go to advance auto parts because they are just up the road from me. But auto zone was open n hr later than advance and I needed the bear that night. Well, they had it in stock so I bought it. Great service, btw! Now the wheel is grinding again. Yup, bad bearing. They say to bring it in for warranty. Wasnt sure how it was going to go, with warranty and all. But it was great!! No questions asked, just a new part and out the door I went! I will say it did cost me a bit of time, running for the new part and doing the actually replacing, but they way they gladly replaced the bad part really made a good impression of the place!! THANKS AUTO ZONE!!

I was looking for something specific and did not find what I needed so decided to leave when the cashier told me to hold on that I need to go to the back of the store. He looked me over at the door and then decided it was ok that I could leave realizing I have stolen nothing. Not nice to be treated like a thief! Wont happen again.

Called to get a turn signal bulb for my late model car was told they didnt have any and couldnt get it. I called the New Holland store and they said they had it and that Ephrata had several in their system. Ill choose New Holland every time.

I come here often and have never had any issues with service or part availability in the past 3-4 years. The staff is helpful without being intrusive and the prices, if not the best I can find, are normally very close.

Typically parts store. It would be faster to let me use the computer to find the part. Be ready to wait in line even if the staff out number the customers. I prefer to call them when looking for parts.
