Wow... Just, wow! My wife and I came in for an oil change and (4) tire installation. What a mistake! The oil change took 72 minutes. I only know this because it is on the receipt, when we arrived then when we left. I have a 2015 Toyota which is current with all maintenance and oil changes. At around the one hour mark the "manager" comes out an says that the cant change the oil filter, it wouldnt budge... Later found out that they BROKE THE FILTER!!! strike one. The oil change should have been the warning to leave immediately... Add another TWO HOURS and the tires are finally installed! I will NEVER return to this shoddy and careless group of boneheads! They also had the nerve to still charge me full price for the installation! Oh Im sorry, I received the oil change free... Run, run away fast and dont waste your hard earned money here...

I just left after waiting two hours for a basic oil change without any work actually being performed on my car. While I was there, I saw four service employees and the service manager. Only the service manager and one employee "worked" on one vehicle during that entire time, completing one simple oil change, which took them nearly three hours. For the first 45 minutes I was there, the entire bay was empty while the employees aimlessly wandered around. This was the most pathetic excuse for work ethic that Ive seen in a while.

Almost 2 hours to get 4 new tires mounted on a truck. Was not busy, got the truck in the bay and started on it at 9:17 it now 11:00 and still waiting on them to be done talking to each other to finish the tires. Never again.
