I cannot believe there are actually 2 bad reviews on this store. Are you people crazy? The owner is lovely and the staff actually cares about the work they do. Last time we were in there, there was a bit of a wait. We hadnt made an appointment, so what did I expect. I could complain like those other 2 loud mouths or ask why. I am not ignorant, so I chose the latter. It was because they VOLUNTEER to groom the shelter dogs that have been abandoned by thoughless, selfish people. Theyre trying to give these pups a chance at getting adoted & find a forever home. Sorry they had no room for your big dog while they were doing so. Then we went inside & saw 3 adorable kittens. They had been dumped there, sick, ematiated & in collars that were choking them & had to be cut off. These poor babies still has the indentations in their necks. So before youre so quick to judge because you were inconvenienced and have the gall to post it on the internet out of spite; try thinking. You could be preventing a customer like myself from enjoying the wonderful care that my pup recieves each & every visit. I have since moved to Lords Valley & will continue to drive an hour to bring my pup the care he deserves, while resting assured that my money is well spent. I urge everyone who reads this to do the same.

The best dogs Ive ever had in my family were from here! The owner is an amazingly passionate person when it comes to her potential pets. The place IS clean and all the animals well taken care of from puppy to Python! The only reason I dont visit more often is because the dogs I brought home from there lived to a ripe old age and were of excellent temper! My Rhodesian just passed this week, and he came from there. Lived well beyond his expected years. We love you all at pets n stuff!!!!

This place is over priced and the people who work there are sooo rude! I went there to look at dogs with my daughter and i asked to see one of the dogs and they told me i couldnt touch the dog because they dont want people touching there pets and giving them germs! I was so insulted and walked right out!!! I never will go back and i suggest you dont either... Pet smart is right on 611 and worth it to go there....

Would not recommend this groomer. Have gone a few times and every time you are verbally scolded if your dog has any matted fur. Her price of $50. ends up being $110. when you go to pick them up.Then she throws a ball of matted fur at you. Customers dont want to be yelled at because their dogs are dirty and need a hair cut. My friends who have been there said the same thing and no longer go to her.

Sometimes you just need to travel the extra mile to finally get what you been looking for at the most reasonable price from the most sensible and sensitive people who really have your pets health and looks in there best interests.....and talk about cost, my goodness...make an appointment and find out for your self.....

I would immediately recommend this place to anybody who is looking to buy a rat or mouse. They dont order them but instead breed them themselves and make sure it is the nicest it can be. Anytime that I want another rat or mouse I drive an hour and a half just to get there. VERY NICE EMPLOYEES!

These people are rude and unprofessional. The owner got nasty with me because her employee misunderstood what I was asking. The place is also filthy dirt. I would not recommend anyone to go there especially for pet grooming. If shes nasty to people can you imagine how she is to your pets!

Great place get my tropical fish supplies there They are experienced plus the ladys son helped me pik out the right sand for my fresh water tank Turned out AMAZING staff is super friendly definitly a great pet shop

AMAZING! Clean clean clean, and amazing looking tanks. Learned more in 5 minutes from the guy upstairs than i could have learned anyplace else. Would highly recommend if youre looking for very nice fish
