Horrible, do not get your dog groomed here. For one they didnt even ask if she had her shots or for any paperwork. Second, my dog got all marks all over her neck that were infected from them shaving her with the razor and cutting her. She has lumps all over her neck and ears that are infected with pus, which I have had to treat for over a week. All because this petsmart doesnt higher people who can groom properly or care about what they are doing.

Came in today for some crickets and meal worms for our bearded dragon. Phil had multiple customers but was still quick, efficient and personable. He even came over after getting what we wanted and answering our questions to ring us up bc there was a line at the only register open. Couldnt have been happier with the service we received from Phil today.

Heather grooms my sometimes matted maltese (Georgie) with passion. Chelsea and the weekend groomers are also very accommodating. I make the trip to NW from Riverside for an appointment with Heather who does a great job all around. Thank you Rio Grande Pet Smart. You are privileged to have such loving caretakers.

I normally have a great experience with Olive getting groomed here but this time was so awful. Not sure if the groomer was new but she shaved my dog and cut her tail and ears. My husband expressed what we have always gotten done many times before and when we picked her up she was unrecognizable.

Just picked my puppy Goose up from the grooming department and she looks and feels amazing! Everyone is so friendly and they are so sweet to my moody pup! We have been back and will continue to be loyal clients!
